Welcome to Lunch Hour Coaching
Lunch hour coaching is a forum where the focus is to collect your questions regarding personal, career and business and Coach Nilda will respond to them live. This is the modern day “dear Abby”.
Questions will be responded to during your lunch hour. Coach Nilda will answer as many of your questions as possible. You will be encouraged to ask the tough questions and she will respond. You will be notified via email when Lunch Hour Coaching will be aired.
Your questions will be responded to on a first come first served bases up to one hour prior to the show beginning. If there is time she will also respond to questions sent during the show.
Each show will be live! We encourage you to invite your friends and family to join us. If you click below you will be introduced you the flavor of what lunch hour coaching will entail.
